Rates are based on a weekly basis Saturday to Saturday, if the booking crosses between months of different charging, then the rate will be for the month with the most days booked in it.

A non-returnable deposit is required at the time of booking: during May - September the deposit is £150, at all other times it's £100.

The balance needs to be received 4 weeks prior to your time of arrival.

A cash deposit for damage/cleaning is required on arrival and this will be returned following a positive inspection of Spout Barn before you leave.

Electricity, and fresh linen is included in the prices.
